Amitava Nag

Amitava Nag, a software engineer by profession, had developed an intense passion for cinema since school days. In college he took a leading role in reviving the Presidency College Chalachchitra Samsad (Film Club) and took part in a number of lectures and seminars on films. He also organized retrospectives on eminent filmmakers of India and Europe. He has been writing on films since his college days. A freelance film critic and an avid reader, he resides in Kolkata and dreams of making a film someday in the future.
